  21. Here in Silicon Valley, we now have pretty good deployment of ISDN. Our
  22. company (InterNex) is offering ISDN connections to the Internet for both
  23. home and businesses.

  25. The Residential Tarrif has been submitted by Pacific Bell in November, but
  26. will not go into effect until May. In the mean time, the Business Tarrif
  27. (SDS-IS) can be used by residential users.

  29. The only realy problem is that even with the Residential Tarrif, Pac Bell will be charging
  30. a connect time fee. They will be offering a $20/month credit on usage.
